In Boston Schneider was an all-day, week-long special assignment reporter who covered the world of entertainment and lifestyle. She was the weather forecaster for weekends forecaster at WFOR-TV Miami before joining WB56. She was a meteorologist as well as journalist for News 12 Long Island, a 24-hour television cable news network. WXII TV is the NBC affiliate for Winston-Salem located in North Carolina. When she was in New York City, she served as a weatherman fill-in for The Saturday Early Show for CBS.
